Whether your desire is a mouthwatering cheesesteak sandwich, delectable pasta, fresh breads, pastries, or an exceptional rooftop beverage; Mertens Hospitality LLC can deliver on that culinary craving as its restaurant concepts, like New Hotel Mertens and Haute at New Hotel Mertens, look to reopen Monday, June 8, 2020.

“We are so eager to open our doors again,” said Anthony Tangorra, restaurant director and executive at Mertens Hospitality. “Because adhering to social-distancing guidelines is paramount, there will be a few adjustments to services, seating, menus, and hours.”
With the safety of guests and staff a top priority, there are a few things to know before dining again. Mertens Hospitality will provide counter-service only and guests will utilize a new online, contact-free queue system for ordering. All seating will be first-come first-served.
The New Hotel Mertens Brasserie main dining room will remain closed, for the present. However, Haute Rooftop Bar, 9th Street Steaks, and Pronto Pasta—all of which are under the Mertens Hospitality portfolio—will be serving up their usual nosh. New Hotel Mertens Bakery is the exception, featuring an expanded menu and additional outdoor seating.
